NEW SPIN CLASS

We’ve added another 1-hour spin class to the schedule on Monday nights at 6 p.m.  Let me know if you’d like to sign up!

Group workouts are a great way to get the benefits of having a trainer for a fraction of the cost.  Check out the following group activities:

Boys ages 11 – 14; Thursdays and Sundays 4:30 – 5:15

Girls – we’re looking for a few fit girls between 10 and 14 who would like to workout in a group.  Let us know if your young lady is interested!

Core Training – Thursdays, 10 – 10:30 a.m.

Group Workouts – Mon, Wed, and Fri, 6:30 – 7:30 a.m.

Spin; Spin & Sculpt – Call for schedules!
